To get one ton of bitumen-concrete mix you need 55-70 kg of colorless binder Recofal (depending on the type of mix: for sandstone – 70 kg, for SMA-from 55 kg).
In order to help you understand the expenditures let’s examine the following example:
Suppose that you have chosen the type of mix and, according to the project, the consumption of bitumen per 1 ton of bitumen-concrete mix is 60kg.
For 1 square meter 1cm thick we need 25 kg of asphalt and, accordingly, 1.5 kg of colorless binder (bitumen).
If the layer is 5cm thick the consumption of colorless binder per 1 m2 will be 7.5kg. Thus, if we know the consumption per 1 m2 of coating it is easy to calculate the necessary amount of the binder.
The price for 1 kg of colorless binder is as follows:

if the order is from 2 to 5 tons – 6,96 € (euro)

if the order is from 5 to 10 tons – 6,0 €

if the order is from 10 to 15 tons – 5,4 €

if the order is from 15 to 20 tons – 5,16 €
In case the order is less than 2 tons the price is specified individually.
Per 1 ton of colorless binder you need 20% of the pigment you have chosen.
The price of 1kg of pigment – 11.0 € (euro).
VAT and delivery to the storage facility of the Customer within the scope of EU are included into the price. For the countries which are not EU members the price is discussed individually and directly depends on the amount of the order.
The prepayment for the material shall be 70% of the order total cost. Time of delivery to the storage facility of the Buyer since the prepayment shall be 1 month.
